Lack of Services

Okay, I love Skyrim, don't get me wrong. But does anyone else feel like there isn't as much variety? There is normally only one trader in each City? Sure you have one smith, and one alchemist, etc.....I thought cities were supposed to be more alive, more traders and what not. Oh and magic shops--haven't even found an Enchanter. Anyone seen one? I mean, I love TES but things just keep getting dumbed down. Not everyone wants to enchant themselves, why not have enchanters damn it! o.O

The option of going to a person and paying for Services like enchanting or spell making, etc. Now just anyone can do it, no matter if your enchanting skill is horrible. The option to go and pay for services takes away from the game, it dumbs it down by allowing any Tom, dike, or Harry to do everything but at the same time not do it very well unless you invest massive ammounts of points. Let me ask--do you think it is better to remove the option of Enchanting services or to keep them? Which is best?
