I'm enjoying the game, I love everything. I've never spent so much time on a video game, ever. But there is an issue. I'm afraid I've spent so much time on the game that it simply refuse me to keep playing it. I know it sounds weird but the fact is that after 3 hours of gameplay, the game starts lagging. The game lags so bad that it get implayable, I can't play a game I've spent $50 on. It's especially frustrating because It's the best game I've ever played. And for those who simply tells people to buy a good pc, unfortunately, that's not an option for me.
I have no idea what causes the lag. I've done some research and found out that I'm not the only one having this extreme lag issue. The only thing I know about the lag is that it starts after playing for 3 hours or more, and it can be stopped for a short amount of time by restarting the ps3. I'm playing on a Slim 120GB edition. I hope there is a way to get rid off this issue, because the first hours of gameplay was the best experience I've had on a video game.
