the game runs great for me, except in towns
the fps drops quite a bit

i noticed this does not happen on the 360
i try to match what i imagine to be the 360s graphics settings, but i still get a large amount of lag in all towns

i was wondering if there were any tweaks or solutions to this?
does anyone at least know what causes it?
