Okay.. I've been traveling around Soul Cairn a lot lately for fun and I found 2 Gem Fragments of some sort of special gem, or something (Found them in a chest under one of those evil gems that svcks the life outta ya when nearby).... Kept them cause I was curious.. Later on, I found this Lair place near the edge of the area and there was a platform that is click-able.. I clicked and it appear that my 2 Gem Fragments were removed and are currently levitating above this platform...

My theory is you gotta collect enough of these fragments then something magical happens! Anyone have any ideas how to get more fragments?

I dont know if you want me to spoil it since you seem eager. You NEED 3 but for some reason I have 4. I am sorry but I dont know where to find it. I found them in chests.

Not rly eager, just curious what it is all about.. Taking a guess they are just random loot?

I won't spoil much, but scour the cairn until you get one more, take it back, and you get to have a pretty cool boss fight. I won't tell you what it is,so you will have to fight out yourself

I left the hammer and took the black soul gems. Wasn't that a portal behind the altar thingy? I couldn't activate it
