Topic says it all. I have gone through the entire "become a friend of Falkreath". Buy the plot. Build Foundation....nothing. Try and build everything, nothing. Load up previous save, same ordeal. Over and over.

I have seen this as a problem here and there, but nothing about a workaround or fix. Anyone got ANYTHING?
