Hey, I'm creating no 'No Quests' mod for Skyrim, which although released is missing some key elements.

I was hoping you might be able to help me:

I basically have no idea what to do with papyrus. I've mess around with a push effect, and that's about it.

I'm looking two do three things: The first is to enable dragons from the beginning of the game, the second is to have dragons appear at dragon points without a quest, and the third is to create wordwalls which can bestow shouts that would normally only be obtainable through quest progression - such as Clear Skies and the reaminder of Unrelenting force.
