I think hearthfire seems a little boring, there does not seem that much to it.

Do you think we will ever get a DLC to own small tribes? cults? rule small vilages?

I would love the option, it shouldn't be forced but an option to have some land with a clan to rule, what do you guys think?

That would be excellent for those who like roleplay. Quite a few posters have already suggested rebuilding helgen and becoming the head of the settlement - I think that would fall nicely into your proposal, wouldn't it?
