Why put it in spoiler tags? Everyone has to read it anyway, or else they'll have no idea what the question is

I assume you're referring to the Eye being indefinitely flagged as quest item. Yes, it's fixed - after picking up the 7th item the quest ends and you can do with this item whatever you want: sell, throw away, keep as a trophy. You still can't sell it to Delvin, but at least it doesn't stay in your inventory. You also can't sell any items you acquired previously when the quest is finished, so it's better to give them to Delvin immediatly after you find them.

It was in the spoiler incase people didnt want to look at it if they hadnt completed the quest line.

I was more hoping that it would generate the quest to sell it to Delvin to complete the collection, but I guess not
