i'll start out with saying that i love this game, and it is AWESOME!

but i ran in to a fairly annoying ''glitch'' or ''bug'' if it's better to say.

a friend of mine said there was a great quest line in Largashbur, with a daedric artifact as reward.
i was told Ugor would be the quest giver.
When i arrived to the village, then i saw them fighting a giant.

amazingly enough, they died, and Ugor is not a ''respawnable'' or unkillable npc.
so this means i can't start the quest line.

do you guys have any ideas how to solve this problem (without the use of console as i am afraid it might affect my steam achievements in some way, if not making them impossible to obtain)
