Lasser Commander

i am building an energy weapon master. i heard some here have a high regard for this perk. why? i mean it isn't bad but i don't know if my build will benefit much from using it. what weapons does LC covers?

if you get this perk, please explain why and what weapons you use with it.

Laser Pistol, Pew Pew[unique laser pistol], Laser Rifle, AER14 Prototype[unique], Tri-Beam Laser Rifle, Laser RCW and the Gatling Laser

Alright here's what Laser commander does 15% more damage and 10% to critical hits[modified by the weapons chance modifier].

I feel the best example of its power is on the AER14 laser rifle, Now with max energy weapons and laser commando the AER14 will deal about 40dmg base. It has a x2 critical mod so that +10% to critical becomes +20%. Add in your luck, finesse, bones hat and the set lasers for fun challenge perk and you can have a really high critical rate, which means a lot more damage especially if better criticals is taken.

Weapons with "Laser" on it, Tri-beam (or does it have "Laser") and AER14.

The weapons that benefit most are Tri-beam, Laser Rifle+ and Pew-pew. Tri-beam would get a much better chance for multiple critical, so as Laser Rifle with beam-spliter. Pew-Pew just become human version of Alien Blaster, if not better.
