the beta leaks mentioned 1 new location in skyrim called ''last vigil''. where i this place located

Its part of the Ebony Warrior quest. Located in the Rift, in the mountains.

Can't give exact location with the character I'm currently on.

Just fast travel to Whiterun, and if you do not see him, go into a store or something, come back out and he should be there.

He can appear in any city, actually; he came to me in Windhelm, and my friends had him come in Falkreath and another in Riften.
