If you Enable Windowed the Launcher will correctly enable Windowed Mode.

If you Enable Windowed and Borderless the Launcher will correctly enable Borderless Windowed Mode.

If you Disable Windowed the Launcher will incorrectly enable Borderless Fullscreen Mode. The option for Borderless is grayed out and unticked, this should mean Borderless mode is not enabled.

Please add an option to the Launcher to toggle on Fullscreen Exclusive Display Mode. Please update the Launcher so that I can easily enable Fullscreen while properly toggling off the Borderless setting. Currently I have to manually modify the configuration file whenever I use the Launcher to configure game settings.
