learning new words and absorbing dragon souls... : V

for some reason i only can use unrelenting force and windwalker but i have killed like 8 other dragons and have about 5 other words of power but i cant use them and i have 2 with all 3 words of power is this a glitch or have i not done something to "unlock" my powers

Unlock the power, highlight it and hit square or whatever button you see at the bottom left.

it wont let me keeps poping up a box saying i need to collect dragon souls

yes when i kill dragons they give me their soul and turn back into bones

im sorry I DID NOT see the option to spend souls on the shouts i feel like an idiot lolz

Something I've noticed, sometimes when i travel back to a Word Wall and the kill the dragon, I don't absorb it's soul.

Remember, if you learn the second and third words in a Shout that you'll still have to spend more souls to use the second and third words.
