So I was doing the 'kill the dragon' quest in Autumnwatch Tower (I think). I was finding it increasinly difficult to beat and decided to run away! Unfortunately in my haste, I ran right into the nearby Imperial camp. The dragon was in hot pursuit and landed smack in the middle of the camp and begun to wreak havoc on everything, including me! In my haste and confusion of swinging wildly with my axe, I could have attacked a 'friendly' but am unsure off this. After finally dispatching the dragon and when I was just about to loot the corpse, Legate Fasendil and two horses from the camp started attacking me. I accidentally hit the x button on the controller and mounted a horse that was attacking me and went for a short ride. I dismounted the horse and it started to attack again? Then the horse ran back to the camp after I gave it a few good hits. Upon headed back to the camp all three begun attacks again. I eventually ended up killing both the horses and trying to kill Legate. Legate would go down to 0 hp and crouch down, I would sheath my weapon and try to talk but he would just 'get his breath back' and keeps attacking me. He could not be killed.

Anyone else seen this? Is it a bug or something else?
