Lego Skyrim

Post » Mon Jun 11, 2012 7:13 am

I am planning on building a Lego version of a location in Skyrim. I was thinking that I would make High Hrothgar. Does anybody have suggestions on what location I should build? The location should be to extravagant because I only have so many Legos.

Whitreun or Solitude if your thinking a city. Throat of the world is good too. I can't think of anything that could be built with legos........

I would do Dragonsreach, I was standing outside down the steps and looking at it, and its a good architectural piece. If I had the time and could figure out what legos Id need, Id buy them and build it myself...

Solitude, Bleak Falls Barrow, Blackreach, The College of Winterhold, Jorrvaskr, Markarth... Just some I thought would be cool.

I would focus on one of the homes. Proudspire Manor would be most excellent.

Lego Alduin.
Agreed... and I've seen dragons made with legos before. Totally possible.

Lego Dovahkiin (the guy in the backround as you're reading this)!

But for a location...Bleak Falls Barrow if that's even possible

The dragon/nordic ruins are very weird shaped. If someone could build that with legos they would be an artist in my eye.

That is hilarious!!!!!!!

I would think some of the ruin's would be a great lego build, My son used to make some really cool stuff. i'm pretty sure that you could do Bleakfall's barrow or another ruin like that. My son made a moveable ferriswheel and it wasn't a kit.

I vote for Dragonsreach. If you need help with Cloud District lego architecture, let me know. I spend a lot of time there so I'm quite the connaisseur.

High Hrothgar would seem to be the easiest because a lot of it is square.Hmm... what's the single most iconic man-made location in Skyrim though? Its hard to say. The exteriors of Dwarven ruins are great and so are the exteriors of Nordic burial places. I remember seeing Bleakfalls Barrow in the distance; on the way to Riverwood from Helgen on my very first playthrough. I was like "what the hell is that place?!?!?"

That might work because it's usually the first real quest someone does.

There's a program available for download on the Lego website called Digital Designer you might wanna check out. It may not have the same appeal as a bin full of physical Lego blocks, but the possibilities are pretty much endless.

As for a location, as others have said, Bleak Falls Barrow would be cool to see, as would Markarth and Whiterun :) Even Riften would be pretty cool to see in Lego form.

I miss playing with lego :( Hmmmm, i wonder if they are going to start selling actual Skyrim-themed lego?

Thanks for the tip about the program, Argumu gro-olug. Downloading right now :)
