this game is amazing but when you want to cast a buff spell or another utility spell its a pit of a pain equipping the spell casting it once then changing back to your normal spells.

i think it would be good if you could bring up the quick menu and cast a spell from there with one button press . There could be a delay or an animation for balance but importantly it would not alter your spell set up , it would just let you quickly cast a spell with no hassle.

you could use the favourites menu to quickly change form one spell to the other but, its a bit annoying
