So let's imagine if Bethesda fixed the Lag problem

What sacrifices do you think they would make logically in terms of performance?

I have this wierd feeling that they might cut down enemy spawns for example or maybe go as far as degrading graphics. They pulled something similar to Fallout NV where a lot of the NPCs got taken out and the enemy spawn rate was severely reduced.

What do you guys think? Or you wouldn't care if the lag got fixed regardless?

Or they could just fix the memory leak...

Oh, and btw: Obsidian made Fallout New Vegas, not Bethesda. Obsidian made FONV in one year and they were not nearly as acquinted with Gamebryo as Bethesda. Don't fault Bethesda for Obsidian's ridiculous bugs (although they did fix many of them).

I don't care honestly as long as it fixes the lag.

Also as a side note, I think the visuals are too clear at far distances. I can see them clearly and they're not nearly fully rendered, so as I approach them it looks really bad as they pop into real mode.

Blur them or add fog or whatever helps this please.

I always wondered, and never really bothered to look it up(see lazy), but is PS3 graphics weaker than xbox 360s?

I have done a lot of research and yes. I can confirm it is better. I wouldn't say "way better" but the improvement is obvious.
