Lets discuss compensation?

Seeing as the LE redeem codes are stuffed for a lot of people and seeing that any headstart that may have been an advantange if in fact you could actually log into the MP is now void and seeing that I like a lot of other people paid for the LE expecting (stupid are'nt we) that we would in fact get something for the extra cost and now we are'nt what do you think we should be able to reasonably expect by way of compensation.
Would you be so kind as to please tell me and everyone else that is probably thinking of taking this broken crap back to where we bought it and asking for a refund?
I bought this game primarily for the multi player and 7 hours after the install I'm not even looking at beginning to be able to even log in let alone play it. There's been no response from Crytek and I don't expect there will be any from EA ever, so if you were running any other buisness you would be going broke and probably being sued. However I'm sure you covered your backsides in the EULA?ToS whatever...Probably goes along the lines of we agree to take your money but we don't agree to deliver a game thats playable or give any form of support. If we do respond it should be sometime before Xmas 2013 if at all.
Some of us are not 13 year old children and therefore we work for our money which you have taken for a game thats not working as it should and has no DX11 which it should have seeing it's directed at PC users who run much higher end systems than end of life bloody consoles.
So I think we should discuss what exactly are you going to do Crytek?
