Letter to Shelly : V

I found this letter near Ysgramor's tomb.... there was a skeleton, a tent with a bed inside, a barrel and on top of it this letter. Has anyone else found this letter? Is that letter returnable to the person?

It was out in the open in the middle of nowhere i found it on my way there just a random tent and this letter

I think not, if you explore a bit in the nearby waters you'll find

a sunken ship that some people think to be the ship carrying Shelly to her lover, sad story really.

In any case, there isn't an npc named Shelly in the game

i found the ship but did not go there... hmm i will check it out
