Well, being a perfectionist I think about these things constantly when getting into these games. I haven't much experience playing Skyrim, so I suppose this isn't the best advice.

Anyways, I'd level up my health 2/3rds and stamina 1/3rd for every time you level up. Looking at the heavy armor perks, I'd take every one of them. Yes, they're all that good. :)
I'd stick with one handed or two handed perks, but not both. Personally, I'd prefer one handed perks so you can always have a shield, and that said pour in your points into the shield perks. Be cautious as you only have 50 or so perk points per game.
Enchanting and Blacksmith (haven't tried it yet so I'm not sure what it's called) perks are most likely very useful. It also wouldn't hurt to put a few into alchemy.

That's all I can really think of at the moment. I suppose if you want to choose a race I might pick one that has a nice power, but in Skyrim the races matter the least out of the entire series in my opinion, so you could really pick whatever the hell you want with minimal losses. I suppose a nord or orc would be "best."

Nice post haha :). Thing is when you level you put a whole point in either. So far ive done 2 in health, and 1 in stmamina, you get one point a level so, should i do 2 stam 1 health or other wag around?

Another quetion i ask is how do i know how far in the story i am? Im currently side tracking so mich cuz i love it but any tips would help

I'd give myself a bit more health being that I like being alive you will get hit a lot as a warrior, and moreso stamina when you like swinging a lot, so it really depends on your own experience, especially being this game is brand new and I don't really know what's the "best." I guess you'll have to stick with your judgement each level. If you're not able to swing as much as you need then put points in stamina, and if you're dieing a lot then you should focus on increasing your health.

There's no real way of knowing how far you're in compared to what's left, but the main quest is the one that is continued directly after your execution at the beginning. Just keep doing those quests to progress in the main story, but then again every guild and even the villages sort of have their own little stories. So far I'm progressing in the college of winterhold and am holding off of the main quest and saving it for last.

A side note: I'm playing as a mage archtype so I put every level increasing magicka. It's not the best idea as I have difficulties in every encounter. I personally think the warrior has the easiest time with this as they want to increase their health mainly anyways.

Ye thats true to. Im completig quests to become a companion, dont wanna go to far into the makn quest a all yet. Tryin to make this game last and what not so :P but ye.

By the way, what race did you pick for your mage? Cause my second character is going to be a mage and i was thinking imperial though im not certain.

And also i think im going to just keep it at 2 health and 1 stamina as my direction, so that j have health to survive but also have stamina to be able to attack and what not.

Btw random question. If i buy a horse, is it mine to keep? Do i get it by pressina button or does it have to be in a stable at all times?
