I've came up with a perk build for the high elf spellsword I'm about to start playing as:-

Basically my thought was being a high elf I'd like to stick to the lore and give him similar sort of skills as the thalmor justiciar's use.

I only really plan on using destruction/restoration a lot in one hand with a blade in the other hence most of the perks being in those

Is this a good build or have I picked any pointless perks that could've been invested elsewhere?

Also a bit off topic but whilst I'm creating a thalmor style character is there any lore involved in thalmor hair color? It just seems to me that all the most important thalmor have grey hair. Is this due to age or are some altmer born with grey/white hair? I think I read somewhere that only thalmor over like 200 years old get respected by other thalmor.

I have to say, I started a character like that, so I think it's a good build. lol

I admit to only having a fair knowledge of the lore, so I can't advise you in that respect. To tell the truth, I am not all that sure I like what I am doing with this character, as I have always played Nords in Skyrim. Starting a thread on this with my concerns, don't want to hijack yours!
