will the next dlc let us level up past 100?? or will they just give us the perk points we were missing when we first started playing the game, because our skills did'nt start at level 0 they started in the 15's to 30's so we did not get any point perks for those levels.

Highly doubt it. Reaching level 100 on some skills takes plenty of time (so long as you aren't power leveling).
They wouldn't have a reason to go past 100 in the first place.

You would only level up past 81 if they would add a new perk tree like acrobat.

80 perks is plenty. Why would anyone need more?

This. Any more and I'd feel like a bloated jack-of-all trades PC, but still hobby-horses a select few skills/play-styles.

They would need to add new skills as skills increase it that levels you up. I don't think they will add any.
