How far do weapons scale with level? I'm interested in the Nightingale Bow, but I want to make sure I get the most out of it, so what level should I get to? Is there some sort of cap where it stops scaling? (I mean, what level should I get to before I finish the quest to get it?)

According to http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Leveled_Items the bow peaks at level 46
