Level 4 Vampirism and nobody attacks me : V

So it appears vampirism is bugged in my game, I've reached level 4 and can't see any specific changes on my face/character, and nobody gives a [censored], I can talk to guards, NPCs, etc. I've had comments about being pale etc from stage 1 onwards.

Any ideas?

edit: ok so apparently this is Dawnguard that introduced this change and nothing to do with my mods, sorry about this useless topic guys, feel free to lock/delete.

Um...Dawnguard changed this. You are no longer attacked at stage 4 with Dawnguard installed.
