Hey im trying to plan out a rouge / assassin class. I was wondering how many perks can you earn in this game? because i have heard 49/50 some people say 80. Others say you can get them all. I just want to know how many perks you can earn with one character so i can plan accordingly. Thanks!

I've read that you stop getting perks at lvl 50, but that's not the case. You continue getting perks past lvl 50, and max level statistically is around 75-80, so 74-79 perks will be available.

Max level is 81, you get your last perk when you hit that level so 80 in total. However, that means maxing out every single skill in the game.

thank you just needed to know how many perks im dealing with. i want to level everything to 100. i did in morrowind and obilvion.
