Big Problem bug Quest -- Liberate Hjaalmarch .. there is no way to talk to Galmor thou the pointer is on his head

find a copy of waters of oblivion i have it but its not recognised .. the marker still shows where i need to get it from again but its not there!
speak to Greta about going to the temple of divines have done, quest still stays
receive a reading from lova the feeble she wont talk to me


(i have started this game 5 times, gone back to old saves etc etc but all these bugs remain)

just worked out a cool fix for Liberate Hjaalmarch .. clear cache, reapply update
