A Light ENB? : V

Hey guys I have a sorta weak Pc.
Specs:
Intel Core 2 Quad Q8400 2.66GHz
2GB Ram
Nvidia GeForce T 440 (1GB video card)

I want one that sorta blurs out the background like sharpshooter extreme (Love that effect!)
My Pc is too weak for that ENB though!
So any recommendations?

The Dynavision mod does this by itself and is easy to run.
