Lighting mods & Riften - flickering textures (pictures i

I've always noticed this and after tons of Google searches, it seems I'm the only person who suffers from this? I doubt I am...

It happens whenever I use a torch, even vanilla torches around Riften (especially the Inn) and Solitude (all around the streets), Below are a few examples:

Whenever I move the camera, they'll flicker, and its extremely annoying and destroys immersion. Its especially bad in the streets of Solitude.

Any ideas?

EDIT: Climates of Tamriel, used to use RLwC and that did the same thing.

Are you using "More Dynamic Lights" or whatever it calls itself?

The engine has a limit to the number of lights that can be cast on a single surface. Because it's stupid, instead of ignoring lights that go over the limit, it ignores ALL lights if they're over the limit.

So, what it LOOKS LIKE TO ME (though obv it might be something else entirely) is that you've got too many lights in the scene.

All I'm using is Climates of Tamriel and The Wilds ENB, with the equippable Lanterns, nothing else, no texture packs besides the Bethesda HD overwritten with a few armor retextures and XCE. If this is an engine limitation then all I can say is;

Released: November 11, 2011.

Lolwut.
