Such a brilliant game. After completing it though I want to go back and finish all the bits I missed at the time (a la mass effect). Doesn't seem possible especially as i overwrote the same save.

So for all you out there who haven't completed it.. my advice is to do everything you want to do and not accept any invitations to leave your current location until you are satisfied that you have done all the side missions and races etc.

SPOILER. also when you go to subway town you really want to get all the racing done early on.

Im playing it through again to hoover up the side missions.

yh i was impressed with the game but ending was to quick and we deffo need a patch to let us go back and finnish the jobs left to do such an epic fail on devlopment front and such a shame this game had massive potential

You CAN go back to Wellspring after you leave for Subway Town. I believe it's after you finish the first mission in Subway Town that you can go back to the resistance base and speak to a guy named Charon near the air balloon that you flew in on. He will bring you back to the first wasteland so you can complete any quests or races you missed.
