I was attempting to find a glitch where i could be both Vampire and Werewolf. It failed, im still working on a way around... HOWEVER, i figured out that if you use the ring of hircine (normal Beast Mode probably works) to turn into a werewolf, and talked to Serana quickly after the whitish screen prompt pops up, you can get into a conversation with Serana whilst your turning, then after you turned you can speak to Serana and ask her to turn you into a vampire, and suddenly youll be a vampire without the eyes or scars of a vamp, you can finally be discreet, like you should be! You no longer have access to werewolf powers but active effects will state you are still a werewolf, its a bit odd but, hey you cant be perfect.

Note: Stupid me should have checked this out before i posted this, if you turn into a vampire lord and turn back your face will reset to normal Vampire looks, so if you want to remain normal looking... you cant turn into a vampire lord... harsh, but thats the price of beauty..
