Okay. I've finally managed to get an account working for gamesas.com. However, now when I try to redeem my limited edition code, the box where the input SHOULD be simply says "service unavailable". I checked the faq's. Nothing. I tried to send a support request to crytek via their support form.... However, when I click the send button, it simply sits there, as if they've disabled it. What's going on?

It is messed up. So we are up a creek I am guess until it is released in Europe.

Okay here is my problem. I entered my code after I downloading the game to my system I entered the code into the screen where you enter codes to redeem them for you limited edition stuff. Once I entered the code and hit to redeem it accepted the code but system said "can't download Crysis 2 Limited Edition now". I have tried to re-enter the code and now it tells me that it is an invalid code try again. So my question is what do I need to do in order to receive my Limited Edition content?

Where do we enter in the code? I can't even find that? PC player here. The documentation says to come to the gamesas site but there is nothing here that I can find that states how and where to input the code and how to activate it in the game.

hmm entering the limited edition code worked well for me though it does not stand out in clarity.
navigate to gamesas.com/limited edition.. you should be able to type your code in the big field...
