I'm a french canadian, I bought Skyrim in english (I really didn't wanted it in french) and I also got Dawnguard and Heartfire in english, but accidentally bought Dragonborn in french, I noticed it when I got attacked by the cultist, they spoke french.

My question is, will this eventually cause problem? (having a french part in an english game)

Also, can I do something to get Dragonborn in english without having to pay again?
