Do you think that Bethesda will allow some of the media to livestream from the beta similar to how Wildstar currently lets select members of their beta livestream? I hope so because it's free marketing for Bethesda and we get to see what the game is like.

Not gonna happen until the NDA lifts, I'm afraid. WS just lifted theirs for levels 1-15. That's fine for them, but seriously, apples and oranges. ESO has literally millions of people following it, so of course they have to be a little more careful with what they say. You should have seen the crapstorm that flew when one dev made one poorly-worded statement about raids...

Maybe. FFXIV didn't let us stream open or closed beta. Every dev team makes the decision that suits them best.

True. I guess I was thinking about GW2, which had quite a bit of Open Beta streaming.

Yeah it didn't make much sense for FFXIV. Open beta lifted the NDA on screenshots, but not streams or videos. It was odd.
