Loading Fail At Jacobs Town : Fallout: New Vegas

THIS IS STUPID

I try to leave jacobs town and the loading screen pauses EVERY TIME ahhhhh WHAT DO I DO?

I have even tried freeing the cache but it fails!

IF THERE IS A WAY TO FIX THIS PLEASE TELL ME

O MY GOD I REMOVED THE 1.4 PATCH AND IT WORKED WTF.AND THEN SAVED AND REDOWNLOADED AND IT STILL WORKED WTFWTF AHHHHHH IT MAKES NO SENCE!
