Loading Screen and main menu objects colored red

Here are several images of the glitch in which things on the loading screens and in the main menu look like they have a red light shining on them.

Like I said, this glitch is localized to the main menu and the loading screens so it does not effect gameplay though it is somewhat annoying. This glitch only started happening today and I have been playing the game since last Wednesday. I can't seem to find any mention of this anywhere so I was wondering if this has been happening to others and if there is a way to fix it.

My preformance is fine on high settings and I have tried disabling crossfire and using the 4gb patch.
Specs
CPU: AMD phenom II triple core overclocked to 3.6ghz
VGA: 2 4850s (I guess now only one is being used though)
RAM: 8gb DDR3 1333mhz

All I can say is, wtf?
Never seen that before... Might want to try ENB graphics profile made by Boris?

Now thats an odd one.
Did you edit one of the ini files recently?

If so, i'd copy/backup your current ones to a folder for safe keeping, then delete them and let the game make new ones and see if it fixes it.

Ahaha, thought i saw that before, it happens when i'm ingame and type saveini in the console, on next load they go red like yours.
Deleted my SkyrimPrefs.ini and Skyrim.ini and let it make new ones and it goes away.

I had exactly same problem 10 mins ago, after using console command "saveini".

Try this solution, my son.

delete following two files
1. %userprofile%\Documents\My Games\Skyrim\skyrim.ini
2. %userprofile%\Documents\My Games\Skyrim\skyrimprefs.ini

Then, restart skyrimlauncher

Not only launcher will automatically reset your skyrim settings but your problems will gone.

Safe Travel!
