Locations being "saved" for DLC? : Othor Games

How else do you expect them to launch with all the provinces? It would be ridiculously huge, I'm sure there will be tons to do in the game.

To be able to walk from Elsweyr to Morrowind, that alone would be awesome! So a few locations missing at launch isn't hat bad.

I'm so betting the Vvardenfell district of morrowind is going to be withheld. Or at the very least, Red Mountain.

They are working on this for 5 years already, of course I expect all the provinces.
