I encountered a ruin which seems to require a series of unique gems to unlock. Where can I find them? (I found one in the ruin with the fun gear riding section.)

What is ruins name? Do you mean that crashed drewer ruin?

I think it was called Kagrumez. Apologies for not including the name in the original post, but it's been a long time since I visited those ruins.

I dont remember that. Is it crashed ruin near sea? Or ruin near mountains, and little bit digged underground (lower than ground)?

I can't remember. You'll know it when you find it though. It has a big room with a receptacle in the centre, and that's it.

Search 'resonance gems' on this forum section, youll find out people have solved this before

Are you talking about the one near the Telvanni tower?
Its quest related for the main quest.
