Locked Territory Fix

Yes i know this may be beating a dead bush but i think the crime system could fix this griefing problem everyone is talking about. If you dont know the term Flag its a term that means you are one who can be attacked with no remorse of the crime system.

You attack an innocent you are flagged by everyone. Once you attack an innocent that flag stays on you for a certain amount of time. you kill someone when you flag you get a kill count. Get x amount of kills and you become a murderer and are permanately flagged by everyone. This means when you become a murderer and anyone can kill you without getting a kill count. Kill counts can be removed with time or whatever the devs come up with.

Join a faction and become flagged by opposing factions.

Join a guild and become flagged by any guilds your guild chooses to go to war with, and opposing factions.

Join a guild with no faction base become flagged by any guilds your guild chooses to go to war with.

This is just an idea and i know they want us to go to cyrodil pvp but that should be where the faction pvp is one thing they should allow is not joining a faction. This thread was an idea on how the game could open there borders and allow more pvp and have a way to police the bad. Your thoughts?

Or how about we just keep PvP in Cyrodiil like devs have intended?

I agree with you and vote "yes" to what your suggesting. im all in agreement with you on this and support you fully.

theres got to be a way to allow open world pvp and open world exploration. where every one would be happy.

Not everyone. I would not be happy.

I love the idea of PvP happening only in Cyrodiil. It makes it more concentrated. No need to run around half the world to find someone to PvP with.

And besides, Cyrodiil is huge. You'll have plenty of targets there.

There are more advanced ways the crime system could be appropiated as well.

I also believe that this brings forth a community that can become closer then a dev could ever imagine. Trust me if anyone attacks someone that he shouldnt be you will have help especially at release because there will be people everywhere.

But attacking another player is called PvP, no matter what.

And I said keep the PvP in Cyrodiil. Period. Just like the devs want it.

To be honest I am happy they had decided to open up the faction borders at 50+, for those that want to work on one main character it is welcome news. As much as I like world pvp anywhere at anytime I can see why the developers would want to focus on pvp in a central, albeit massive area.

Fair enough but if i want to be part of the assassins guild I have to join a faction and wait till im 50 before i can see the rest of the world and i cant see any other races while im there woohoo correct me if im wrong

Well if you're playing at launch which I suspect you will be, you'll already be at level 50 by the time the Dark Brotherhood arrives :)
