I'm having difficulty logging in. I'm getting stuck at the "requesting character load..." screen. I have quit the program many times (game program or launcher not freezing) restarted the launcher and also have been checking for updates. I understand the team is working hard, just wanted to make this problem public and see if others are having the same issue.
