Logically, what color would draugrs be?

Not complaining about the draugrs ingame, just curious as to what color would they actually be in real life, (are draugrs equivalent to mummies or something  ) would they be a color similar to the night mother? Like more greyish or something?

Grey, like they portray in the game. If anything they would be a darker shade of grey.

Most mummies you find for colder climates end up a dark grey-brown color, if they don't become entirely black due to cold.

If they were mummified due to climate (By this I mean they died of exposure and were dessicated), it would be more on the dark-black side. Since Draugr seem to have been mummified and then left in the tombs, then the color shown IG seems appropriate.

Well not to kick a dead horse but it is a game with magic. They are however they are because of dragon magic.

If they were somehow supposed to represent decay like our world portrays them they would actually be dust and bones. The tombs are not sealed well. They are not sealed in coffins or any such thing. They have been there for over 3000-4000 years. They would for the most part be dust. The tombs are far too open to preserve them even with Skyrims cold climate.

I think the color of them is fairly accurate, considering the condition of most Mummified remains in Europe and Asia in RL.

Not to be nitpicky, but about half of them appear from huge stone/metal coffins. :D

It all depends on the microfauna that takes up residence on the corpse's skin. They could be just about any color really.
