Lol I beat This Game In 6 hours?

Post » Mon May 14, 2012 3:16 am

You would think that rage being a 20 GIG GAME that you should be able to play it as long like fallout series but i was wrong this game on normal is only about 5 hours long why the hell is this a 20 gig game with this little content? l really hope they release some DLCS cause this is not what i was expecting from a 20 gig game.

also might i add i did all the sidequests everything gambling in the game EVERYTHING this is ridiculous if i new it would be this short i would have not bought it

The game lacks depth, or length.. it really doesn't live up to the hype, or reputation of the groups involved. It's a very short, very linear, corridor shooter set in a backdrop that is immediately recognizable from other, much better, games (which doesn't help at all).

only if it was true i was rushing through the game, did almost everything there is to do you would think they put in more time into the game singleplayer wise cause the multiplayer is boring

I highly doubt you got 100% complete... like i said i am 4 hours in and no where near 100% complete... maybe 25% ish at the most. So i have a good 16-20 hours of gameplay to get completionist.

6 hours? are you mad? I spent 17 hours. I didn't finish game yet. I am in subway town, about to go final mission (assault authority in the city of primal). I did every side quest, too. don't complain because you finished it 6 hours. it's not supposed to be 6 hours short. it's your problem.

I played the game for more than 4 hours on Oct 3 and probably completed about 15% of the game. I did the first 2 or 3 quests for the Hagars and Outriggers and haven't even gotten to the point where you receive the dunebuggy yet.

Perhaps you were playing on a difficulty level that wasn't challenging enough for you? I was dying on a regular basis trying both "Hard" and "Nightmare" settings, so this certainly adds to the gameplay.

Ya I am playing on Nightmare and going for completionist. It can get really challenging... man I try to pop out to shoot someone and even with focusing on armor upgrades I find myself getting dangerously close to death. Thank god for defibulator... I have yet to die while it was on cooldown luckily.

If you and I go to a restaurant and order perfectly cooked, tender BBQ steak, I'm sure you could finish it with 10 minutes and I'd be on my second bite and savoring every minute of it. Would that make the restaurant cheap? The steak a small portion?

I've got over 8 hours into the game and hope it never ends, Racing is excellent, Mutant Bash TV is better than I expected and the sewers are so much fun!

I call bluff sorry. There is no possible way you did it all in 6 hours. You must of missed a ton of stuff. I'd go back and take your time and set it to a higher gameplay level. If you did it I'm impressed, but and a big but, I'd like to see your stats. Post image.

Uhm, I ran through the game first to see what the storyline was like, on Normal, and completed it in over 9 hours and 37 minutes. There is NO possible way you did EVERYTHING in 4 hours. Exaggeration much?

one word comes to mind when i read a forum like this one is "[censored]" this would have to be one of the best and most fun games i have played yet with massive attention to detail, if some idiot said they completed a game like this in 6 hours they have either taken way too much medication or skipped at least 60 percent of the game on easy to post something as dum as this, now go play with the traffic if you svck so much at gaming.

I am 15 hours in and I just showed up at subway town. Are you actually exploring, talking to people, going in the sewers around the wasteland, talking to everyone, running races, and checking the job board? Go back to places off of mission and explore hideouts and stuff. There is a world out there begging you to peel back its layers. I forked my saves so I can still poke around in the first wasteland because I know there is stuff I have missed. This game is HUGE for single player. Sure you can burn ass through the main story line in 6 hours but doing so is depriving yourself of a huge part of the game. I burned ass through Fallout3's main story line in 5 1/2 hours my first play through - my second play through is 100+ hours in and I am still finding stuff. Your loss if you ignore the world.

I agree somewhat that this game is too short. I mean bought the game 1 minute after it came out and played it for 17 hrs of gameplay within 2 days on hard. I did the main story line, all the job board quest, all the mini games (except that strum one) and all the races, and i still beat it in 17 hours(not includeing the sewer missions). The ending was very weak. The customization is weak (sort of). The ammo types are nice but the sniper only get 1 type of ammo...lame. If there was dlc i would defintly play the **** out of it, but what i think people would want to see if there was dlc is at least another 5-10 hrs of gameplay, more weapons, more armor types(looks), more ammo types, more gadgets, more cars and new enemy types. With those things even with battlefield 3 call of duty 3 and skyrim coming out i still would buy it and play it. . Im currently working on my second playthrough getting 100% of everthing on nightmare difficulty and im still having fun. Over all i think this game with its excellent gameplay and combat is by far the best game out this year (so far). The good thing that id did with this game is took their time, got all the glitches out, and made this one of the best RPGFPS of the year.

I up to 9 hours and done that mission with those remote control cars. I had a chuckle. That was after I clear those bandits from the towns water supply.
