Are you able to get long hair in the female character creator? So far, it seems that most of the hairstyles cut off at around the neck area.

Not without mods.

Hair length slider, they need to bring it back.

Hair in Skyrim look like straw.

There is one that goes down past the neck, but I can't remember where it is on the slider. It also doesn't go with every armor (mostly robes) since it tends to clip through at some parts. It does work with most light armor, but I am unsure of how it looks on heavy armor.

I hope they give more options in the Dawnguard makeover I've been reading about. I wish they give more hair color options also.

The only long hair style I see in Skyrim is Haelga's hair.

People have long hair, but a fair number of them cut it short for some reason. I mean, helga, Aeia both have long hair, I'm sure there are others.

It may just be a simple issue of long hair having issues with certain armor. I can see long hair sticking out of armor and looking funny. So simple solution, short hair.

Even long hair mods look goofy. Apachi has some nice ones but even then a few float above the shoulders.

I hate how your long hair vanishes when you put on a helmet and can clearly see she's now bald.
