Here a list of my bugs I've encountered. And they're starting to add up to the point the game is becoming unplayable, literally as I'm now unable to finish most missions either main or other.

• Guards at Markarth always trying to arrest me. (Any/All the time/missions)
  
• Karliah won't go to Ragged Flagon (The Pursuit).
  
• a Stolen Flawless Ruby missing from my inventory (shill job).
  
• Can talk to Delvin, becuase I can't finish "The Pursuit". (Numbers job)
  
• Can't catch the murder. I've tried talking to him, killing him, etc. nothing works. (Blood on the ice)
  
• Delvin won't talk to me about the bother hood. (Where you hang your enemys head)
  
• I can talk to Ulfric stormcloak, he attacks me on sight. (Liberation of skyrim)
  
• The elder scroll is stuck in my inventory.
  
• The "Stone of Barenziah" won't stack, except for 2 of them, meaning I now have 10 of them with 9 on the list and 1 has a (2) next to it.
  
• Dragons respawn over the "College of Winterhold" ever 3rd fast travel.
  
• Farkas tries to attack me every few seconds, but opens up a talk dialog. (When in sight of him)
  
• Invisibility is being undone by the shadow warrior perk.

... And the list is growing !

Smaller just annyoying things:

• Shadowmere seems to randomly die, then if a fast travel about 12 time or wait at a town for a few days. Shadowmere is alive again where she died.
