When rummaging through my old milk crates filled with CDs from the 90's, I came across this hunk of gold!

hhhmmm.... Being a casual fan of gamesas, I didn't know they ever did anything like this. If I read your CD correctly, I can see it's copyrighted '1998'.

It's also mentioned in wikipedia:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Learn_to_Program_BASIC

Has anyone else on this forum ever used this? :geek: I had a permanent constipated grimace on my face, I was revenge personified

It doesn't work on Windows XP. It requires Windows 95. Image

Well, that's the first I heard of it. Actually, I'm quite impressed.

Good to see their motto: "By gamers for gamers". If only more companies were like this today... A massive thank you to EA for:
- Producing great quality games time and time again
- Providing excellent technical support
- Never destroying any highly acclaimed studios for profit
- Never ripping people off
- Never wasting people's time

When I try to install the CD, it gives me a message saying that it requires Windows 95. I have Windows XP at the moment, and I have no way of installing Windows 95 because I do not own it; so I can't even test it. But it apparently reads the disk, so it is in relatively good condition.

It is unfortunate that the majority aren't. *cough* EA *cough* Image

Have you tried running it in Windows 95 compatibility? That could solve the problem. A massive thank you to EA for:

I completely forgot about that. It's now installed and works 100%; thanks. Image
