I'm wondering if papyrus/skse have scripts beyond the ones listed in the following wiki page:

Specifically I'm wondering if there are any functions that can do the following:

change the CritEffect or CritEffectOnDeath parameters on weapons.
or apply multiple enchantment effects to a single weapon/armor.
