Anyone know of a place where I can sleep, store loot, and have access to different crafting benches/campfires?

go to novak, if you do boone's quest (hes in the big dinosaur) you can get the room for free and save 200caps.

when you exit, theres a petrol station directly opposite.
the garage part is open and has a couple of benches there.

harpers shack, has both benches inside and a campfire outside

If you are not far in the game, the Novca hotel is the best please to go. (did I say it was in Novac? )
