Basically how this works is...If someone gifts Skyrim to me today on Steam:

On Christmas I will ask that same person what their gaming wish list is (up to $80, twenty more dollars than Skyrims cost, it can be one $60 game and one $20 game or eight $10 games doesn't matter how it works out, just has to add up to $80.)

one gifted copy of Diablo 3 when it releases early next year.
