So i playing a foreverlvl 1 Kahjiit and i have found ebony arrows and a bow which im using now. technically im really lvl 24, but its interesting that im finding these things very quickly... Was the loot levelraised in Dragonborn or has it always been like that? What level should i expect to find Daedric?

I think it was raised or was set that way because drauger deathlords in dragonborn always carry ebony stuff and you get them at any level no matter what. So they are already set except the loot and the black market black book power sells leveled equipment. Around level 15 I started getting elven so I'm guessing 30 if you use the black market.
