Yes, but Topal also records orcs. If we take him at his word (and I see no real reason not to) then Orsimer are actually the direct spawn of the Elhnofey, and not of the Aldmer.

This goes against most of what we've ever heard of the orcs. So are we just supposed to treat it as outdated lore? I tend to ignore it for this reason, but it was included in Skyrim, so the devs still think its relevant.

The annotator of Father of the Niben is surprised to see Orcs mentioned in the text and has several explanations for their seemingly too-soon presence.
He makes no such notes when Topal mentioned cat-demons, by which we can assume that that was not a surprise.

Thanks everyone for your continued submissions! I am going to go ahead and say that I will keep accepting new entries indefinitely, but I will start putting the mod together on Saturday, June 23rd (one week from today). Anything submitted after that time may go into a new "pack", if I receive enough entries after the 23rd to warrant a new set of loading screens.


I will probably not be adding new models. This is intended to be a really, really simple mod that I don't want to spend time overengineering. I may take advantage of models that are in the game but don't make loading screen appearances. I hope that makes sense.
