I can't find out anywhere if he was an Imperial race, Nord, or breton. Also, according to lore, have there ever been any other dragonborn Imperials? I am pretty sure Uriel Septim from Oblivion had the dragon blood. Not sure on anything.

I just created a renegade Imperial that I want to role as siding with the Stormcloaks in Skyrim. I thought it was a cool idea.

Yes he was, as was Martin.

Uriel Septim is an Imperial, hence him leading the Imperial Empire.

Possibly, but highly unlikely. I'm not entirely certain the Dragonflames were tied to a Dragonborn or specifically to the Septims.

Reman Cyrodiil was also an Imperial Dragonborn, the Akiviri Dragonguard became his bodyguards after hearing his voice.
